ST. ALBANS — Police are searching for a 14-year-old girl who did not return home from school and has been reported as a runaway.
Elizabeth Smalls of St. Albans was last seen in Winooski on March 14 and may also be in the area of North Avenue in Burlington, according to authorities.
Smalls is approximately 5’4″ tall, 105 lbs with long red braided hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black jumpsuit and tan shoes, and it is not known if she was wearing a jacket.
The teen was reported missing to the St. Albans Police Department on March 12 after she failed to return home from school.
