ELLICOTTVILLE — A Salamanca man was arrested on a bench warrant after failing to appear in court on multiple felony charges, according to the Ellicottville Police Department.
Darby Monahan, 46, was taken into custody on the warrant issued by the Ellicottville Town Court.
The original charges against Monahan include burglary in the third degree, criminal mischief in the second degree, and grand larceny in the third degree, all class D felonies.
He also faces a charge of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, a class E felony.
Monahan was arraigned in the Town of Ellicottville Court and released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicottville Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
