LYNDON — A local man was cited for disorderly conduct and violation of court-ordered conditions following an incident at the Colonnade Inn Monday evening.
State police from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to the inn at approximately 7:31 p.m. on March 17 after receiving reports of a disturbance.
Cooper Murphy, 32, of Lyndon, was allegedly shouting in the parking lot and on the balcony of the property, according to troopers.
Investigators determined Murphy had also made threatening comments toward another guest at the establishment.
Following interviews with Murphy and several witnesses, troopers cited him for disorderly conduct and violation of court-ordered conditions.
Murphy was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court Criminal Division on April 14 at 8:30 a.m.
