PUTNEY — A Massachusetts man surrendered to authorities Tuesday in connection with a sexual assault that occurred at a motel in Putney last year.
Patrick Noone, 32, of East Falmouth, was arrested on March 18 at 2:51 p.m. after turning himself in to deputies at the Windham County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest follows a months-long investigation by a detective with the Windham County Sheriff’s Office into a reported sexual assault at a motel on Landing Road in Putney that occurred on October 16, 2024.
A judge ordered Noone held on $5,000 cash or surety bond.
Noone was transported to the Superior Court of Vermont-Criminal Division-Windham Unit for arraignment on Tuesday.
