BETHEL — Oxford County Sheriff’s deputies arrested four people Monday night after executing a search warrant at a High Street residence that stemmed from a shoplifting investigation.
Deputies seized more than 61 grams of cocaine, $875 in cash and recovered stolen merchandise during the 10 p.m. raid on March 17.
The investigation began when deputies looked into a shoplifting complaint at a nearby retail store, according to Sheriff Christopher Wainwright.
Scott L. Coffin, 55, of Woodstock, was arrested and charged with unlawful furnishing of Schedule Z drugs.
Jacquelyn L. Dunn, 36, of Bethel, was arrested and charged with theft and violation of conditions of release.
Michael D. Greene, 25, of Bethel, was arrested and charged with felony theft, refusing to submit to arrest and/or detention, and violation of conditions of release.
A 17-year-old male from Taunton, Massachusetts, was arrested and charged with unlawful trafficking of Schedule W drugs and unlawful possession of Schedule Z drugs.
The juvenile was transported to the Long Creek Youth Development Center in South Portland.
The three adults were booked into the Oxford County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing and additional arrests are expected, according to the sheriff’s office.
