BRATTLEBORO — Six individuals were arrested by Brattleboro Police Department officers between March 15-17 on charges ranging from outstanding warrants to aggravated assault.
On March 15, officers on patrol encountered CT Trouble, 67, of Brattleboro, at the Brattleboro Transportation Center and arrested him on an outstanding warrant.
Trouble was held at the police department in lieu of $500 bail and was scheduled to appear in court on March 17.
Officers arrested Theresa Gay, 49, of Guilford, on Canal Street on March 16 on two outstanding arrest warrants.
Gay was held in lieu of $400 bail with a court appearance scheduled for March 17.
At approximately 8:36 a.m. on March 17, officers responded to a suspicious activity complaint in the Gibson Aiken Center parking lot, leading to the arrest of Shawn Burke, 53, of Rockingham, on an active arrest warrant.
Burke was held in lieu of $100 bail and scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court on March 17.
Benjamin Peterson, 45, of Montpelier, was arrested on March 17 following a trespassing complaint at Groundworks.
Peterson faces charges of aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, possession of stolen property, and petit larceny, and was held in lieu of $10,000 bail with a court appearance scheduled for March 17.
Dallas Sears, 53, of Florence, turned herself in at the police department on March 17 for an outstanding warrant and was held in lieu of $200 bail.
William Therieau, 36, of Brattleboro, was arrested on March 17 for aggravated domestic assault following a disturbance call at a residence on Elliot Street.
Therieau was held without bail at the police department.
