Rochester woman arrested, man held in drug investigation

ROCHESTER — The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force arrested two individuals on March 14 following an ongoing investigation, according to High Sheriff Charles Massahos.

Alyssa Paolini, 28, of Rochester, was taken into custody and charged with being a habitual offender, contempt of court, and possession of a prescription drug.

Paolini was transported to the Rochester Police Department where she was bailed and released by a Bail Commissioner.

Devlin Tatro, 32, also of Rochester, was arrested on several outstanding warrants during the same operation.

Following Tatro’s arrest, authorities conducted a search of the apartment where he was staying, which led to the discovery and seizure of a large quantity of narcotics.

Tatro was transported to Strafford County Jail where he remains in custody.

Additional charges against Tatro are expected to be filed in the coming days, according to officials.

The arrests were made in partnership with the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Marshals Service.

Both investigations were funded through the NH Opioid Substance Abuse Grant, Granite Shield.
