RICHFORD — A Berkshire man faces multiple charges following his arrest during a traffic stop in the Town of Richford on Feb. 23.
Zebulin G. Jordan, 33, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said Jordan was initially stopped and taken into custody for charges stemming from a domestic disturbance that occurred on Feb. 14.
During the traffic stop, authorities discovered Jordan was in possession of methamphetamine.
Jordan was arraigned before Justice Bennett at Centralized Arraignment Part court on the domestic disturbance charges.
He was issued an appearance ticket to appear before Justice Anderson in the Town of Richford Court at a later date for the drug possession charge.
