HORSEHEADS — A Lowman man was arrested Monday on drug charges following an investigation into a suspicious condition in the Town of Horseheads.
Joshua D. Otto, 36, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, according to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office.
Otto was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Horseheads Town Court at a later date.
The arrest occurred on March 17 following an investigation by the sheriff’s office.
