JAMESTOWN — Authorities seized more than 350 grams of methamphetamine and a stolen handgun during a raid at a Jamestown apartment Thursday morning.
Kevin Raymond was arrested after narcotics investigators executed a search warrant at 11 Van Buren St. Apt. 3 at 9:30 a.m.
The Jamestown Police SWAT team made entry into the residence where investigators discovered 350.6 grams of methamphetamine and 16.4 grams of fentanyl.
Authorities also found scales and packaging materials used for drug distribution, a stolen .22 caliber handgun and $93 in cash.
Raymond faces multiple charges including second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
He is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
The search was conducted by narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Jamestown Police Department and Dunkirk Police Department.
