GENEVA — The Geneva Police Department has issued a wanted person alert for Richard Allen White, a 67-year-old man sought on felony grand larceny charges.
White is described as a Black, non-Hispanic male, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds.
He has brown eyes and is bald, according to the police bulletin released Thursday.
White is wanted specifically for grand larceny in the third degree, a felony under New York State Penal Law 155.35(1).
Authorities are asking anyone with information about White’s whereabouts to contact their tip line at (315) 781-0096.

Tips can also be submitted online through the city’s website at www.cityofgenevany.com, and all information can remain confidential.
Police have advised the public not to take any action other than contacting authorities if they locate White.
