EPSOM — New Hampshire State Police are seeking the public’s help to locate the driver of a stolen pickup truck who fled from troopers during an attempted traffic stop Monday morning.
At 9:21 a.m. Monday, March 17, troopers from the Troop D barracks were notified that Epsom Police Department was searching for a black 2014 Chevrolet Silverado with a toolbox in the bed that had been reported stolen from a Cumberland Farms on Route 4 in Epsom.
Troopers from Troop D and Troop G later spotted the pickup traveling westbound on Interstate 393 before it merged onto Interstate 93 northbound.
When troopers attempted to conduct a traffic stop, the driver fled, leading to a pursuit.
The driver exited I-93 at Exit 17 and headed toward Boscawen, with the chase continuing through Penacook and Boscawen before proceeding north on Route 4 into Salisbury.
Troopers terminated the pursuit in Salisbury due to deteriorating weather conditions and lost sight of the vehicle.
The stolen pickup was last seen traveling westbound on Route 4 toward Andover.
