CABOT — A Woodbury woman was arrested for driving under the influence after crashing her vehicle into a tree on Cabot Road Friday night.
At approximately 9:03 p.m., Vermont State Troopers responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash in Cabot.
Upon arrival, troopers found that a vehicle had gone off the road on a corner and struck a tree.
Troopers identified the driver as Deanna Avery, 59, of Woodbury.
During their interaction with Avery, troopers observed signs of impairment and subsequently arrested her on suspicion of DUI.
Avery was processed and later released with a citation to appear in court at a later date.
