HOPE VALLEY — Rhode Island State Police arrested three individuals on separate charges over the weekend, according to officials at the Hope Valley Barracks.
Terrance Aguilar, 57, of Providence, was arrested Saturday at 3:27 p.m. for possession of a stolen motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Route 95 in West Greenwich.
Aguilar was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future appearance in Third Division District Court.
Sean Couture, 22, of West Greenwich, was arrested Sunday at 1:39 a.m. for driving under the influence and refusing a chemical test after troopers investigated an accident on Ten Rod Road in Exeter.
Couture was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for medical evaluation and released with a notice to appear in Fourth Division District Court.
Jillian Maine, 32, of North Providence, was arrested Sunday at 3:06 a.m. for driving under the influence and refusing a chemical test following a traffic stop on Victory Highway in Exeter.
Maine was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future appearance in Fourth Division District Court.
