HALFMOON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Rexford man Thursday following a harassment complaint at the Sheriff’s Halfmoon substation.
Issac Martinez, 27, was charged with aggravated family offense, a class E felony, and criminal contempt in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.
The arrest came after deputies received the complaint at 10:04 a.m. on March 16.
Martinez is accused of committing a specified offense under the statute after having been previously convicted of a similar offense within the past five years.
He is also accused of violating an order of protection by communicating with a protected person.
Martinez was arraigned before Judge Katherine Suchocki in Halfmoon Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
