ELMIRA — Three people were arrested on various charges including petit larceny and criminal contempt in Chemung County this week, according to Sheriff William A. Schrom.
Andrew S. Hazen, 42, of Elmira, was arrested March 12 for petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, after allegedly stealing from Kohl’s in the Town of Horseheads.
Hazen was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Horseheads Town Court at a later date.
Nickolai O. Bush, 22, of Big Flats, was arrested March 12 for criminal contempt in the first degree, a Class E felony, after allegedly violating an order of protection in the Town of Chemung.
Bush was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Big Flats Town Court at a later date.
Christina L. Uhler, 38, of Elmira was arrested March 13 for criminal impersonation in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the Town of Erin.
Uhler was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Erin Town Court at a later date.
