ENOSBURG FALLS — A 27-year-old Enosburg man faces charges after allegedly damaging a vehicle and violating court-ordered conditions of release.
Vermont State Police troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to Main Street in Enosburg Falls at approximately 1:52 p.m. on Feb. 25 following reports of vehicle damage.
Investigation determined that Mark Clapper had damaged the parked vehicle and had contact with an individual he was court-ordered to avoid, according to police.
Clapper was taken into custody on March 9 for an unrelated incident and transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court’s Criminal Division at 10 a.m. on April 29.
After processing, Clapper was lodged at Northwest State Correctional Facility on $200 bail.
