SAUGERTIES — The Saugerties Police Department arrested Sean M. Peck, 34, on March 3 following an investigation into a disturbance.
Peck, a resident of Saugerties, was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and subsequently arraigned in the Central Arraignment Part Court.
After arraignment, Peck was remanded to the Ulster County Jail.
The arrest occurred at around 10:40 p.m. at a location on Route 32 in Saugerties.
