WESTFIELD — The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Johnathan M. Roth, 38, of Route 49, on charges related to burglary and larceny.
The arrest took place on March 2 following an investigation into an incident that allegedly occurred in December 2024.
Roth is accused of unlawfully entering a premise in the Town of Erwin and attempting to steal property.
He has been charged with burglary in the third degree, classified as a class D felony, as well as petit larceny.
He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and subsequently released.
Sheriff Jim Allard expressed gratitude to the Vestal Police Department for their assistance in the case.
