WOONSOCKET — On March 4, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Devan Guilbault, 31, at his residence on Ruggles Street in Providence.
Guilbault was detained on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Cranston Police Department.
He faces charges including threats to public officials (police officer), obstructing an officer in execution of duty, and disorderly conduct.
He was taken into custody without incident and brought to the Cranston Police Department for questioning and arraignment.
On the same day, task force members arrested Katie Hayes, 35, at her home on South Main Street in Woonsocket.
Hayes was apprehended on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department.
Her charges include aggravated assault with a knife and a Providence Superior Court warrant for violation of probation on an original charge of possession of Schedule I-V substances.
Hayes was also taken into custody without incident and turned over to a Providence Police officer for transport to the Providence Police Department for arraignment.
