Fletcher man cited for disorderly conduct after blocking traffic

FLETCHER — The Vermont State Police cited a Fletcher man for disorderly conduct after he allegedly obstructed traffic during a dispute on Buck Hollow Road.

Joshua Bosley, 38, was issued a citation following the incident that occurred on Feb. 16 at 5:25 p.m.

Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to a report of a dispute on Buck Hollow Road in Fletcher.

Upon investigation, authorities determined Bosley had committed disorderly conduct by blocking vehicular traffic.

Bosley is scheduled to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on April 29 at 8:30 a.m.
