NORTH LAWRENCE — State police arrested Daniel M. Harrington, age 32, of North Lawrence on Feb. 27 for two counts of first-degree rape.
At approximately 10:02 a.m., police were informed of past sexual assaults.
The investigation determined Harrington engaged in oral and sexual intercourse with two victims under the age of 13.
Harrington was arrested and processed at SP Massena.
He was arraigned in the Town of Norfolk Court and is being held at St. Lawrence County Jail on a cash bail of $100,000.
