GILMAN — Brittany Stinson, 33, of Gilman, is facing charges of aggravated assault following an incident late Monday night.
State police from the Saint Johnsbury Barracks responded to a call on March 3 around 10:25 p.m. concerning an assault at a residence on Jefferson Ave in Gilman.
Upon arrival, officers discovered that Carl Albright, 60, who is homeless and from Littleton, had been assaulted.
Albright reported experiencing pain and fear as a result of the incident.
Stinson was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Saint Johnsbury State Police Barracks for processing.
