BINGHAMTON — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly update on recent arrests and charges.
Cody A. Brenchely, 39, of Windsor, was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a Class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Village of Windsor.
David H. Dibble, 22, of Port Crane, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08, both first offenses and misdemeanors, after a traffic stop in the Town of Kirkwood.
William P. Judd, 42, of Binghamton, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08, both first offenses and misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Tyler A. Kopcik, 28, of Binghamton, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08, both first offenses and misdemeanors, during a traffic stop in the Village of Johnson City.
Allison G. London, 60, of Binghamton, was charged with grand larceny in the third degree, a Class D felony; grand larceny in the fourth degree, a Class E felony; and petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the City of Binghamton.
Allan J. MacDonald II, 34, of Endicott, was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree after an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Union.
Alexis R. Warner, 22, of Kirkwood, was charged with unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image, a Class A misdemeanor, following an investigation in the Town of Kirkwood.
These charges are part of ongoing law enforcement activities by the Broome County Sheriff’s Office.
