MILTON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an active domestic incident call on Otter Creek Path Friday at 10:49 a.m.
The investigation led to the arrest of Lauren M. Medford, 35, of Milton, on charges of criminal mischief in the 2nd degree, a class D felony.
Medford is accused of intentionally damaging another person’s property in an amount exceeding $1,500.
She was arraigned before the Honorable Timothy M. Brown in the Milton Town Court and released on her own recognizance pending further proceedings.
The charge in this matter is not a qualifying offense for the purpose of setting bail under the New York state law that went into effect in January 2020.
