SARATOGA — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Edward R. Fish Jr., 42, of Glens Falls, on Thursday for bail jumping in the second degree, a class E felony.
Fish allegedly failed to appear in court on the required date or within 30 days in connection with felony charges after being permitted to remain at liberty by the court.
He was initially charged with burglary in the second degree, a class D felony, along with petit larceny, criminal contempt in the second degree, and resisting arrest, all class A misdemeanors.
Fish was arraigned before the Honorable Charles Sherman in the Saratoga Town Court.
He has been remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
