ELLENVILLE — Deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office have arrested a 44-year-old woman from Ellenville in connection with a burglary.
On Jan. 28, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a past burglary on Otens Road in the Town of Wawarsing.
An investigation determined that an individual had forced entry into the residence and caused damage inside.
Deputies identified a person of interest and, on Feb. 1, located and arrested Brenda Fulton, 44, of Ellenville.
Fulton was charged with third-degree burglary, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
She was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a future court date in the Town of Wawarsing Justice Court.
