CLIFTON PARK — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Castleton woman in connection with a larceny investigation at the Target store in Clifton Park.
Deputies responded to an inactive larceny call at the store on Jan. 4 at 12:26 p.m.
As a result of the investigation, Amy E. Cooper, 43, was arrested Wednesday on charges of grand larceny in the fourth degree, a class E felony, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Authorities said Cooper is accused of stealing merchandise from the store on two separate occasions.
On one of those occasions, she allegedly stole items valued at more than $1,000.
She was released on appearance tickets and is awaiting further court proceedings.
