Oneida police report multiple arrests, traffic violations in February

ONEIDA — The Oneida Police Department released its arrest blotter for Feb. 11-25, detailing various charges including petit larceny, DWI, and endangering the welfare of a child.

On Feb. 11, Dominick J. Wallis, of Oneida, was issued a traffic ticket for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

On Feb. 12, William A. Jaquays, of Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant for petit larceny.

Brandon R. Metcalf, of Canastota, was issued an appearance ticket for endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief third-degree.

Dakota D. Tharp, of Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for criminal mischief and two separate superior court bench warrants for failure to appear.

Adrianna E. Ward, of Utica, was arrested on an arrest warrant for petit larceny.

On Feb. 13, Richard W. Miller III, of Herkimer, was issued an appearance ticket for criminal contempt first-degree and aggravated family offense.

On Feb. 14, Brandon E. Cleve, of Vernon, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree, unlicensed operator, and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.

On Feb. 16, Sean A. Wilkinson, of Canastota, was arrested for DWI-first offense, aggravated DWI, covered license plate, and an equipment violation.

Timothy J. Wimett, of Durhamville, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

On Feb. 17, Rickey M. Fuller, of Sherrill, was arrested for DWI-first offense, possession of alcohol or cannabis in a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree, aggravated unlicensed operation first-degree, and a license restriction violation.

On Feb. 19, Ronald L. Ramsdale, of Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for unlawful imprisonment second-degree, menacing second-degree, robbery third-degree, criminal possession of a weapon third-degree, aggravated family offense, and criminal mischief fourth-degree.

On Feb. 20, Zachary C. Bazan, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for endangering the welfare of a child.

Michael J. Chamberlain Jr., of Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant for aggravated criminal contempt, criminal contempt first-degree, aggravated family offense, grand larceny fourth-degree, criminal mischief third-degree, and harassment second-degree.

Christie A. Elghandour, of Rome, was arrested for petit larceny.

Carrie A. Sheedy, of Bridgeport, was arrested for DWI-first offense, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 or higher, and two counts of failure to yield the right of way.

On Feb. 21, Brian G. Johnson, of Oneida, was issued two appearance tickets for unreasonable noise.

On Feb. 22, Kevin J. Miller, of Oneida, was arrested on two separate arrest warrants for petit larceny and burglary third-degree.

Michael R. Putman, of Rome, was arrested for grand larceny fourth-degree.

On Feb. 23, Amira D. Farah, of Syracuse, was issued a traffic ticket for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

On Feb. 24, Joseph A. Journey, of LaFayette, was issued an appearance ticket for harassment second-degree, disorderly conduct, and obstructing governmental administration second-degree.

On Feb. 25, Chad E. Russell, of Camden, was issued traffic tickets for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree, improper plates, inadequate plate lamp, and use of a vehicle without an ignition interlock.
