WORCESTER — The Worcester Police Department is mourning the loss of retired Officer Michael J. Foley, who died Wednesday morning in Connecticut after experiencing a number of health challenges.
Foley was 51 years old.
He served with the department for 21 years, from April 2001 to May 2022.
During his time with the Worcester Police Department, Foley worked in Operations, the Vice Squad attached to the DEA, and the Court Liaison Unit.
No further details about his passing were immediately available.
