SCHUYLER FALLS — Clinton County sheriff’s deputies arrested a man on a DWI charge after finding his vehicle stuck in the snow.
Deputies said they found a disabled vehicle in the Town of Schuyler Falls at 11 p.m. on Feb. 21.
Tyrell M. Obert, 22, of Plattsburgh, was accused of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
Authorities also said his New York driver’s license was suspended at the time.
Obert was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and driving an uninspected motor vehicle.
He was processed at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and released with appearance tickets for Schuyler Falls Town Court.
