PENN YAN — Penn Yan Police arrested Kristoffer D. Johnson, 45, of Penn Yan following a response to a reported civil issue in the village.
Police said Johnson verbally accosted another village resident and threatened physical contact.
Johnson was issued a criminal summons for harassment in the second degree.
He is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court on a later date.
