Boston police seek suspect in Roxbury breaking and entering

BOSTON — Detectives assigned to District B-2 are seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect involved in a breaking and entering and package theft incident that occurred Wednesday, Dec. 18, in Roxbury.

The incident took place in the area of 2541 Washington St.

The suspect is described as a Black male in his twenties.

Police say he forcefully broke the lock on the front door, rummaged through several packages, stole multiple items and then fled toward Washington Street.

The Boston Police Department is actively reviewing the facts and circumstances and is urging anyone with information to contact District B-2 detectives at (617) 343-4275.
