SARATOGA — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Greenwich woman Friday on a bench warrant for failure to appear in Moreau Town Court on drug-related charges.
Abigail M. Murphy, 32, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, both class B felonies.
She was also charged with bail jumping in the second degree, a class E felony.
Authorities allege she failed to appear in court on the required date or within 30 days as required after being released in connection with felony charges.
Murphy was arraigned before Judge Jeffrey B. McCabe in Moreau Town Court and was remanded to Saratoga County Jail pending further court proceedings.
