Glens Falls police arrest 3 in separate incidents, including assault cases

GLENS FALLS — The Glens Falls Police Department responded to three separate incidents between Feb. 21 and Feb. 23 that resulted in arrests, including two for felony assault charges.

On Feb. 22 at approximately 5:45 p.m., officers responded to a reported assault at 26 Morgan Ave.

An investigation led to the arrest of Eric L. Larkin, 62, who is accused of striking the victim over the head with a baton, causing serious physical injury.

The victim was transported to Glens Falls Hospital by the Glens Falls Fire Department.

Larkin was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a Class D felony.

He was held pending arraignment in Warren County Centralized Arraignment Part Court and was then remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility.

On Feb. 23 at approximately 11:50 a.m., officers responded to the Glens Falls YMCA for a reported fight in progress.

Following an investigation, Holden T. Sanders, 20, was arrested.

Sanders is accused of kicking the victim in the face, causing serious physical injury.

The victim was transported to Glens Falls Hospital by the Glens Falls Fire Department.

Sanders was held pending arraignment in Warren County CAP Court, where he was released on his own recognizance.

On Feb. 21 at approximately 6:15 p.m., officers responded to the Open Door Mission for a reported violation of an order of protection.

An investigation identified Raymond M. Glass, 30, as the suspect.

Glass had an active parole violation warrant issued by the Florida Commission of Offender Review.

The warrant was confirmed, and he was taken into custody.

Glass was arraigned as a fugitive from justice in Warren County CAP Court and was remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility pending extradition.
