ALTON — The New Hampshire State Police is investigating a reported shooting incident near the Echo Point boat launch in Alton.
Troopers were dispatched to the area at 4:34 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, after receiving reports of gunfire.
Officers from the Alton Police Department also responded.
Authorities identified the individuals involved and secured the scene.
No injuries have been reported, and officials say there is no ongoing threat to the public.
The investigation remains active.
