PORT JERVIS — The Port Jervis Fire Department responded to a reported garage fire at 15 Franklin St. at 2:51 a.m. today.
Assistant Chief Fuller, Car 2, arrived to find a working fire in the rear of the property.
Fire crews accessed the fire from both Hammond Street and Franklin Street.
The fire was extinguished within 10 minutes.
Port Jervis crews were assisted at the scene by Milford FAST and Huguenot Engine 814.
Port Jervis units were back in service after 4 a.m.
