BOURNE — A 100-year-old man crashed his vehicle into a building in Bourne on Saturday morning, causing significant damage but no injuries.
The incident occurred at approximately 11:49 a.m. at 4 Barlows Landing Road.
Bourne police and fire departments responded to multiple calls reporting a vehicle had struck Maco’s Bait Shop.
Preliminary investigations revealed the vehicle involved was a 2003 Toyota Camry operated by the Bourne resident.
The bait shop was unoccupied at the time of the crash.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Bourne Police Department.
