NEWFANE — Troopers from the Vermont State Police Westminster Barracks received a report on Feb. 20 at approximately 1 p.m. regarding a domestic assault that had occurred on Feb. 14 on Dover Road.
Following an investigation, police arrested Cynthia L. DellaPietro, 57, of Newfane, on a charge of domestic assault.
DellaPietro is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on Feb. 21 to answer to the charge.
