SOUTH WINDSOR — Police arrested three people Thursday in separate incidents involving larceny and violation of a restraining order.
German O. Rivas, 51, of New Haven, was taken into custody at 9:40 a.m. on an active arrest warrant.
Authorities said the charge stems from the theft of approximately $487 worth of merchandise from Lowe’s at 31 Buckland Hills Drive in February 2024.
Rivas, who was already in state custody due to charges from other jurisdictions, was processed and presented in Manchester Superior Court on Thursday.
In a separate incident, officers arrested Justin D. Jackson, 29, of Enfield, and Ainis M. Henville, 28, of South Windsor, at 1:34 p.m. for violating a restraining order.
Police said the arrests stemmed from a domestic violence-related incident in which Jackson and Henville had contact with each other despite the court order.
Both were taken into custody, processed, and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
They are scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court at 9 a.m. Friday.
