RICHFORD — Vermont State Police received a call at 7:45 a.m. on Feb. 21 regarding an assault on Troy St. in Richford.
The victim, 59-year-old Stephen Russell of Richford, was transported to Northwestern Medical Center for minor injuries.
The suspect fled the scene and has not yet been identified.
Authorities described the suspect’s vehicle as a blue or dark-colored pickup truck.
