DUNDEE — Three individuals were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct following an altercation earlier this month, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Mackenzie P. Eaves, 25, of Dundee; Malik M. Moore, 24, of Penn Yan; and Deczember M. Hotaling, 25, of Penn Yan were served with appearance tickets on Feb. 19 at 10 p.m.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Feb. 8 on Union Street in Dundee.
All three individuals are scheduled to appear in the Town of Starkey Court at a later date.
Deputies S. Walker and A. Garren were on scene during the arrests. The Penn Yan Police Department also assisted in the investigation.
