SOUTH WINDSOR — A 21-year-old Shelton man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a series of storage unit burglaries last year.
Colt J. Meadows was taken into custody at 10 a.m. on Feb. 19 on an active arrest warrant.
He faces charges of burglary in the third degree, criminal mischief in the first degree, and larceny in the sixth degree.
The charges stem from a July 2024 investigation into the burglary of 36 storage units at Cube Smart Storage on 282 Chapel Road.
Meadows was identified as a suspect through surveillance footage and information shared with other Connecticut police departments investigating similar crimes.
Meadows was processed and presented at Manchester Superior Court on Feb. 19.
He was already in custody on charges from other jurisdictions.
