SARATOGA — State Police arrested a 26-year-old man on Feb. 15 for allegedly sexually assaulting a child under the age of 11 in 2018 and 2019.
Zachary A. Clark of Troy was charged with Criminal Sexual Act in the first degree, a class “B” felony, and Sexual Abuse in the first degree, a class “D” felony.
Troopers began investigating after receiving information on Jan. 18 about a past sexual assault.
The investigation revealed that Clark allegedly assaulted the child on multiple occasions in the town of Ballston.
Clark was processed at SP Saratoga and arraigned at the Milton Town Court.
He was remanded to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility with bail set at $25,000 cash, $50,000 bond, or a $100,000 partially secured bond.
