ST. ALBANS — A Winooski man was injured early Wednesday in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 89 South.
The crash occurred at approximately 12:12 a.m. near the Exit 20 offramp.
According to Vermont State Police, a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan operated by Kyle Schaill, 39, lost control on slippery roads while attempting to exit the highway.
The vehicle came to rest on its roof in a snowbank between the highway and the offramp.
Schaill, who was wearing a seatbelt, was transported to Northwest Medical Center with suspected minor injuries.
The vehicle was totaled in the crash.
Troopers were assisted at the scene by the Swanton Police Department, St. Albans Fire Department, AMCARE Ambulance, and the Vermont Agency of Transportation.
The investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
