WARWICK — At 12:35 a.m. on Oct. 15, troopers arrested Richard Villella, 64, of 79 Ivan St., North Providence, on a Third District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on an original charge of driving with a suspended license.
The charge originated from the State Police Wickford Barracks.
The arrest followed a motor vehicle stop on Bald Hill Road in Warwick.
Villella was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where he was processed.
He was later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake Center.
