SPRINGFIELD — Officers arrested a Springfield man Saturday afternoon for unlawful trespass and violating conditions of release at Shaw’s Supermarket.
Springfield police responded to a report of trespassing at the supermarket at 1:44 p.m. and identified the suspect as Nathan Heist, 29, of Springfield.
Officers confirmed Heist was unlawfully on the property and determined he was also under active conditions of release prohibiting him from being at the supermarket.
Heist was arrested at 2:03 p.m. and issued a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit, on April 1 at 8:30 a.m.
