GLENS FALLS — On Feb. 14 at around 6:50 p.m., Glens Falls police responded to a reported fight and assault at Pizza Jerks, located at 175 Broad Street.
Officers arrived to find that one individual had sustained injuries during a physical altercation inside the establishment.
The suspect had reportedly fled the scene prior to police arrival.
Through their investigation, officers identified and arrested Keith M. Kilgallon, 50, in connection with the incident.
Kilgallon was charged with assault of a retail worker, a class E felony, and assault in the second degree, a class D felony, under New York State Penal Law.
Following his arrest, Kilgallon was held pending arraignment.
