CROMWELL — On Sunday, Feb. 9, the Cromwell Police Department responded to multiple 911 calls reporting a vehicle fire at Frisbee Park, located off River Road.
Police and fire personnel arrived to find a vehicle fully engulfed in flames.
Cromwell Fire Department crews extinguished the fire and discovered a deceased individual inside the vehicle.
The victim was identified as Roger Dailey, 67, of Middletown.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner determined the death to be accidental.
