PROVIDENCE — At 9:27 a.m., troopers arrested Emily A. Bugler, 40, of 65 New Road, East Providence, for an affidavit and arrest warrant on the original charge of driving after denial, suspension, or revocation of license – fourth and subsequent.
The arrest stemmed from a barracks investigation and assistance from East Providence Police.
Bugler was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
At 10:01 a.m., troopers arrested Mirian Mazuelos, 48, of 100 Burns Street, Apartment #2A, Providence, on multiple warrants.
These included a Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on a shoplifting charge, and two Third District Court bench warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving with a suspended license and driving without a valid license.
Mazuelos was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in Warwick.
She was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
At 11:17 a.m., troopers arrested David Perkins, 21, of 460 Pine Street, Providence, on an affidavit and arrest warrant for domestic violence – simple assault.
Perkins was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in Providence.
He was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later transported to the Providence Police Department.
At 12:08 p.m., troopers arrested David Delomba, 38, of 662 Hartford Avenue, Providence, on a Providence Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on charges of possession of a controlled substance and obstructing an officer.
Delomba was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Hawkins Street in Providence.
He was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
At 12:44 a.m., troopers arrested Johnathan Brito, 21, of 418 Webster Avenue, Providence, on charges of domestic violence – simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
The arrest followed an investigation into a disabled motor vehicle on Route 10 North in Cranston.
Brito was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
